AI and Educational Content Notice

1. How artificial intelligence is used

Users do not interact with Anthropic through the Service, submit requests or prompts to it, or receive personalized real-time answers from it.

2. Content preparation process

Content may be created by company employees or contractors or generated with AI assistance. Some questions, answer options, explanations, and metadata are AI-generated. Topics and formats are selected for the educational purposes of Тестмейт. Anthropic may assist with drafts; materials then undergo internal processing that includes structuring, removal of clearly unsuitable text, and automated format and consistency checks.

• the source of a draft does not change the rules for use, licensing, or reporting an error;
• use of automation does not make material an official examination question.

3. Human involvement

Cedra Group LLP may selectively review groups of materials, user reports, and material presenting a higher risk of error. Individual human review of every question, answer, or explanation may not occur before publication; availability in the application does not mean that an expert separately approved that item.

4. Limits of automated checks

Automated checks help identify some formatting defects, logical inconsistencies, and duplication, but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency, translation quality, or alignment with a particular curriculum. Generated or processed material may contain an error expressed in convincing language.

5. User reports

If a question, answer, translation, or explanation appears inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, or rights-infringing, report it through the available feedback function or to [email protected]. Where possible, identify the language, topic, relevant excerpt, and reason for the report; do not include unnecessary personal data.

6. Correction and removal

After a report, Cedra Group LLP may review the material, revise wording, correct an answer or explanation, restrict display, or remove the content. The company determines the appropriate action in view of the report’s basis, educational value, safety, applicable law, and third-party rights.

7. No guarantee of results

Тестмейт is intended for independent practice. Neither the use of AI, automated checks, nor possible human review guarantees freedom from errors or any particular score, passing result, admission, certificate, or other educational outcome.

8. Independent service

Тестмейт is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Testing Center, education authorities, schools, examination bodies, or other educational institutions, and is not their official product, partner, or representative. A reference to a subject, examination, or organization describes educational context only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Rights in materials

Rights in the selection, structure, editorial processing, software presentation, and other protected elements of the materials belong to Cedra Group LLP or the relevant rights holders. Materials are available only for personal, non-commercial study under the User Agreement; automated creation of a draft does not permit copying or distribution.
