Тестмейт Плюс Subscription Terms
These terms govern the Тестмейт Плюс subscription family purchased through Apple and explain where the available plan, period, price, renewal, trial offer, cancellation, restoration, and refund are determined.
1. Service provider
Тестмейт and access to Тестмейт Плюс functions are provided by Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "Цедра Груп", БИН 230140044071. Address: Kazakhstan, Almaty city, Bostandyk district, Radostovets Street, building 189, apartment 37, postal code 050060. Apple distributes the app, processes App Store purchases, and manages the payment side of the subscription under the rules of the user’s Apple account.
2. Subscription family
Тестмейт Плюс is the common name for a family of auto-renewable subscriptions that may unlock additional study functions, content, or limits. The family may include multiple plans; these Terms do not promise a particular period, price, or set of benefits in every country or for every user.
3. Available plans
Only the Тестмейт Плюс plans shown to the user in the app and on the Apple purchase screen are available. The offer may depend on App Store country or region, Apple account, app version, offer eligibility, and purchase time. A plan absent from the screen is not promised.
4. Exact offer details
Before confirmation, the Apple purchase screen controls and displays the binding details for the specific purchase: the exact period, localized price and currency, automatic renewal for the same period, applicable trial or introductory terms, and plan-specific benefits. If a general description in these Terms differs, the offer confirmed on the Apple screen governs the commercial parameters of that purchase.
5. Plan benefits
Тестмейт Плюс supplies only the plan-specific benefits listed in the app and on the relevant Apple offer screen at purchase. Benefits may concern access to questions, statistics, study modes, content, or limits. They apply to the relevant Тестмейт account while an active entitlement is confirmed by Apple and RevenueCat.
6. Payment
Apple charges the payment method linked to the Apple account after purchase confirmation. Apple determines how taxes, currency, receipts, and payment details are displayed under its interface and rules. Тестмейт does not receive complete bank-card details; it receives product, purchase, and entitlement status through Apple and RevenueCat to verify access.
7. Automatic renewal
Unless the offer screen states otherwise, the subscription renews automatically for the same period confirmed at purchase until the user cancels it with Apple. Apple charges for the next period according to the timing shown or established for the user’s Apple account. Removing the app or not using the functions does not stop renewal.
8. Trials and introductory offers
A trial, introductory price, or other promotional offer applies only if it is shown to the particular user on the Apple purchase screen. That screen determines eligibility, duration, price, transition to regular billing, and other terms. Unless the user cancels under the timing and process shown by Apple, the subscription moves to paid renewal on the displayed terms.
9. Price changes
A price change for an existing subscription is administered through Apple. Apple displays or sends the required notice and, where necessary, requests the user’s consent before the new price applies. The user may decline continued renewal by cancelling before the change takes effect; mandatory rights in the user’s country remain available.
10. Cancellation
Manage the subscription and cancel future renewal in Apple subscription settings: open Apple subscription management. Cancellation prevents future renewal, and access remains through the end of the already-paid period. Removing the app, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not replace cancellation with Apple.
11. Expiry of access
When a paid or trial entitlement expires, Тестмейт Плюс benefits end unless Apple and RevenueCat confirm an active entitlement. The account and free functions may remain available. Private progress is processed under the Privacy Policy and is not deleted merely because the subscription expires.
12. Restoration
If an active purchase is not recognized after reinstalling the app or changing device, the user may use Restore Purchases in Тестмейт while signed into the relevant Тестмейт and Apple accounts. Restore Purchases rechecks the entitlement with Apple and RevenueCat; it does not create a new plan or change the original purchase terms.
13. Refunds
Apple reviews refund requests for App Store charges under its rules and mandatory applicable law. Submit or check a request through Apple billing and refund support. Тестмейт can provide access-status information but does not promise refund approval and cannot itself return funds held by Apple.
14. Account deletion
Deleting a Тестмейт account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Before deletion, the user must separately cancel renewal with Apple to avoid future charges. After deletion, Тестмейт may no longer be able to link the entitlement to the deleted account, but Apple continues to manage the subscription itself until cancellation or expiry.
15. Minors
A user under 18 must obtain prior permission from a parent or other legal guardian to purchase Тестмейт Плюс and use a payment method. Тестмейт does not verify that permission automatically. Apple family-access or purchase-approval settings do not displace stricter requirements in the user’s country.
16. Service changes
Тестмейт may develop, replace, or discontinue particular Тестмейт Плюс functions for technical, legal, safety, or product reasons. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance where practicable. The company will preserve acquired mandatory rights and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
17. Liability
Тестмейт Плюс is an educational service and does not guarantee a particular examination, educational, or other result. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for unavailability caused by Apple, a network, device, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited in the user’s country.
18. Complaints
A complaint about Тестмейт Плюс functions or access may be sent to [email protected] with the account, product, purchase date, and problem description, but without complete payment credentials. The company will provide a written response within 10 calendar days. A charge or refund issue may also require contact with Apple.
