Notice for Minor Users

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies to Тестмейт users under 18 and supplements the User Agreement and personal-data documents. The Service provider is Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "Цедра Груп", БИН 230140044071.

2. Prior permission

By proceeding to sign in or use Тестмейт, a user under 18 represents that they obtained prior permission from a parent, guardian, or other legal representative. The guardian should review the Service terms, discuss them with the minor, and supervise use to the extent the guardian considers necessary.

3. Permission is not verified

Permission is represented by the user, not verified by Cedra Group LLP. The company does not request evidence of family relationship or guardianship and does not authenticate the guardian unless a separate check is required by law or needed to perform a specific request safely.

4. Account and data

Sign in with Apple is used for access. Тестмейт processes account and usage data under the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Consent. A minor should not include an address, school, telephone number, password, payment details, or other information not requested by the Service in a nickname or feedback.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are purchased through Apple and governed by the offer displayed before purchase, the Subscription Terms, and Apple’s rules. A minor must obtain guardian permission for a purchase; the guardian is responsible for family-access settings, purchase approval, and control of the payment method.

6. Guardian rights

A guardian may use the unified Cedra Group LLP contact details to request information about data-processing rules, report a risk to a child, challenge content, or ask to exercise an available legal right concerning data. To protect the user, the company may request only information reasonably necessary to confirm authority and connect the request to an account.

7. Withdrawal of permission

A guardian may withdraw earlier permission at any time by sending a request through the unified contact details. After a verified request, covered account-linked data will, within 30 days, be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject only to lawful retention exceptions. An active Apple subscription must be cancelled separately.

8. Rules in the user’s country

Local child-data and privacy rules may set a higher consent age, require verified guardian consent, or impose stricter requirements. Those mandatory requirements take priority and may make individual features restricted or unavailable.
